Performance Library

In response to the current social unrest in our society and the human rights issues that have plagued our nation for centuries, we have created an internal Diversity and Inclusivity Council. The Council functions to support Performance's mission of empowering people to live better by focusing on how to affect meaningful change on select human rights issues that are most likely to affect members of our staff and our communities. To impact meaningful change and fulfill our core value of being teachers and scholars, we must first educate ourselves. Thus, we have created a library of texts from subject matter experts in their respective fields addressing societal issues surrounding race, gender, sexuality and age. These are intended to be resources for self-education on issues impacting members of our staff, our clients, and our communities.
